Jingu Dynamics · Work with me

Your automation contractor in Toronto.

For small businesses and agencies. Fixed-price projects and monthly support for the work that eats your week: orders, texts, payments, reporting, and the tool that keeps breaking. Everything on this page is live in Toronto today, for people who would call me if it broke.

Working with local restaurants and service businesses: Saving Gigi's, Hooky's Fish and Chips, Field Trip Cafe, Pronto Cafe and EDC Auto Salon.

What I can do for you

I work with Twilio and SMS, Square, Stripe, databases, and most APIs that have documentation.

For agencies

Your clients want AI. I'll build it under your name.

If you're a marketing, web or dev shop whose clients keep asking for chatbots, automations or AI integrations, I can be the hands behind it.

  • White-label. You own the client relationship and I stay behind your brand. Happy to sign your NDA.
  • Fixed price per job. You get a firm quote before I start, so you can price the job for your client without guessing.
  • Production-grade. The same testing and monitoring I run on my own live systems, so nothing I build embarrasses you in front of your client.
  • A live demo you can show tonight. Hand your client the demo line below and let them order a coffee by text. It sells better than a slide deck.

How it works

  1. You send the brief. What the client wants, what tools they already use, and the deadline.
  2. Fixed quote within 2 business days. A one-page scope with deliverables, timeline and price. Partner rates leave room for your margin.
  3. I build it in your client's accounts. I keep you updated in your Slack or email thread, and I'll join calls as part of your team if you want.
  4. Handoff with docs. It's tested and documented, and the client owns it. Optional monthly maintenance keeps it running under your name.

Not ready to resell? Send me clients who need something you don't offer and I'll pay a referral fee.

Ping-You · SMS ordering

Saving Gigi's: an ordering line that takes real money

Saving Gigi's, a cafe on Bloor West, wanted customers to text an order instead of waiting in line. It's the cafe's only phone line. Customers text what they want in plain language. The bot asks only what it needs, reads the order back with the total, and sends a tap-to-pay link. Once it's paid, a ticket prints on the counter.

96 paid orders since May 2026
CA$1,867 taken through the line
56 customers
20 came back to order again

The owner pays a monthly subscription for it.

What made it work was the boring stuff: payments are tied to the exact order the customer confirmed, quiet orders get one polite nudge before they expire, allergy questions get careful answers instead of confident guesses, and when a customer needs a person, the owner gets a text right away.

Example conversation

here's your order, please check it:

link expires in 30 min.

Ping-Me · Owner reporting

Four restaurants' numbers, answered by text

Rico runs four Square businesses: Saving Gigi's, Hooky's Fish and Chips, Field Trip Cafe and Pronto Cafe. He wanted answers without logging into a dashboard. Ping-Me connects to all four Square accounts and replies by text: "what did Hooky's do yesterday," "best location last week," "top items this month." It's read-only by design, so it reports and never changes anything. When a question falls outside what it can answer accurately, it says so instead of making up a number.

Rico, the night he first tried it

Yooooo

Bro

Ur on to something

Workflow tooling · Nonprofit

Kitchen and admin tools for a community food program

A Toronto community food program makes donated meals every week, and every container needs a label: meal type, components, allergen declarations, and when it was made. Staff were building those labels by hand in a design app, one at a time.

Reference from the program's founder available on request.

  • Labels in a few clicks instead of an afternoon. Staff pick the meal, its components and allergens, and the tool lays out a print-ready label with the "Contains" line in bold.
  • Built around their printer. It exports straight to the format their label printer takes, so there's no resizing or fiddling.
  • Private by design. It runs entirely in the browser, so nothing staff type is ever sent anywhere.
  • Shipped the same day from a staff member's sketch, then adjusted as the kitchen asked for changes, like storage-life dates and clearer allergen wording.

How I run things in production

Shipping the bot is the easy part. Keeping it trustworthy is the actual job.

  • A watchdog runs around the clock. Automated checks cover payments, webhooks, printers and stuck conversations, and alert me before the client notices.
  • Every change goes through a test suite of more than 2,000 tests, plus a review pass, before it touches a live customer line.
  • Humans stay in the loop on anything involving money or safety.
  • You own what's built for you. Your workflows, your data and your accounts stay yours.
Nelson Liu

I'm Nelson.

I'm a solo builder based in Toronto. I started Jingu Dynamics because the mechanic who's kept my car alive and the barbershop I've gone to for years deserve software that was built for them. My first product came from a detailer friend who was losing three to five jobs a week to calls he couldn't answer mid-polish.

I find a real person with a real problem, build the thing that solves it, and keep it simple enough that nobody needs a training session.

Got a process that's eating your week?

Tell me about it on a free 20-minute call. If it's not worth automating, I'll say so.
